Simply Good Banana Bread

Two extremely ripe bananas and a free couple hours on a Saturday = Baking banana bread in my kitchen! Sometimes I try to make baked goods have just a litttttle more nutrition without sacrificing satisfaction. To add more nutrients to this bread, I replaced some all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour, used a little maple syrup instead of all granulated sugar to, and, of course, you can't have banana bread without bananas. Simple ingredients that leave your taste buds and body feeling satisfied!

Below you will find the recipe and how I packaged my 2nd loaf to give away!

(If you need printable PDF format, just email me!)

To package pretty, you need:

-a doily

-twine (I used brown and yellow)

-little piece of paper with handwritten note

-hole punch

-plastic wrap or aluminum foil

*When the bread is completely cool, wrap in plastic wrap. Set loaf on middle of doily, then tie together with the twine. Hole punch handwritten card and tie on (See 2nd picture above).

Wal-lah!

Make someone else's day a little brighter and surprise them with your homemade, packaged pretty banana bread. :)
